Telehealth Services Provider in Culver City, California
What makes direct primary care (DPC) different from traditional healthcare?
Direct primary care (DPC) puts the focus back on you, the patient. With DPC, you have direct access to your primary care provider without the hassles of insurance paperwork or long wait times. It’s all about personalized, attentive care tailored to your needs.
By removing the barriers of insurance bureaucracy and focusing on a smaller patient panel, DPC allows us to prioritize what matters most – you! With more time dedicated to each appointment, we can build stronger relationships, address your concerns thoroughly, and provide the personalized care you deserve.
What services are included in the membership fee, and how does it benefit me?
Your membership fee covers a wide range of services, from office visits including preventive care and telehealth services. This means you can see your provider without worrying about additional costs. Plus, with more time dedicated to each appointment, you’ll receive the attention and care you deserve.
What is the membership fee?
Please see the pricing page for more details.
Can I cancel my membership if needed?
Of course! We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer flexible membership options. You may cancel your membership at any time, but please be aware that you will be billed the enrollment fee again if you decide to re-activate your membership.
Do I still need health insurance if I enroll in DPC?
While DPC covers most of your primary care needs, it’s essential to have insurance for specialized care, hospitalizations, and emergencies. However, with DPC, you’ll likely find that you need to use your insurance less often, saving you money in the long run.
Do you see patients with Medicare/Medicaid?
Yes.
Please keep in mind that we have opted out of Medicare and your monthly membership fee cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement. You must also sign a waiver every two years that declares that neither you nor your doctor will directly bill Medicare.
Medicare/medicare supplemental insurance can still cover medical costs that you incur outside of our practice.
Can I use my health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) to pay for DPC membership fees?
DPC membership fees are often eligible expenses for HSA or FSA funds, making it even easier for you to prioritize your health and well-being. We recommend checking with your specific plan.
How do I schedule an appointment?
